This Non Profit has grown quickly from 20 people to 150 people within a 2 year period. Many of their software systems had been built in house using NoCode tools. These systems had been great up until this point however had an steep learning curve for new employees, limited reporting functionality and high maintenance costs.
Lightning Products conducted a market scan presenting the best in class SaaS options for evaluation and then also guided the client on the best architecture to build out their end goal state. They worked closely with the team to implement all systems and then build all neccessary automations and AI tools to accelerate their impact. The goal was to have systems that required minimal customisation by non technical people but scalable as they continued to grow their operations.
